Was born on Oc­to­ber, 1st, 1963 in sett­le­ment Dos­sor of the Gu­ry­ev area.

Has en­ded in 1985 the Ka­zakh po­lytech­ni­cal ins­ti­tute, in 1994 — the Ka­ragan­da hig­her scho­ol of the Mi­nist­ry of In­ternal Af­fa­irs of the Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan on a spe­ci­al­ty – the la­wy­er.

In 1986 sta­ted his la­bor ac­ti­vity as the en­gi­ne­er ro­ad of De­part­ment su­per­vi­si­on in the Sta­te Auto­mobi­le Ins­pec­ti­on of the Man­gysh­lak re­gi­onal exe­cuti­ve com­mittee De­part­ment of In­ternal Af­fa­irs.

1989–1993 — The ins­pec­tor, the sta­te auto­mobi­le ins­pec­tor, the se­ni­or sta­te auto­mobi­le ins­pec­tor of Re­gist­ra­ti­on Exa­mina­ti­on Branch of the Sta­te Auto­mobi­le Ma­nage­ment Ins­pec­ti­on of traf­fic po­lice in Shevc­hen­ko ci­ty.

1993–2001 – the se­ni­or sta­te auto­mobi­le ins­pec­tor, the chi­ef of the re­gist­ra­ti­on exa­mina­ti­on de­part­ment in Traf­fic po­lice Ma­nage­ment of the In­ternal af­fa­irs De­part­ment of Al­ma­ty ci­ty.

Sin­ce 2001 – the he­ad of traf­fic po­lice De­part­ment of In­ternal af­fa­irs of Al­ma­ty ci­ty, sin­ce 2003 – the de­puty chi­ef De­part­ment of In­ternal af­fa­irs of Al­ma­ty ci­ty.

Sin­ce 2007 – the ad­vi­ser of the Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan Emer­gency Me­asu­res Mi­nis­ter. Sin­ce 2009 — the de­puty chi­ef De­part­ment of In­ternal af­fa­irs of Al­ma­ty area, sin­ce 2010 — the de­puty chi­ef De­part­ment of In­ternal af­fa­irs on trans­port.

Sin­ce Ju­ly, 22nd, 2011 — the com­mittee cha­ir­man of traf­fic po­lice of the In­ternal Af­fa­irs Mi­nist­ry of Re­pub­lic of Ka­zakh­stan
